Cartridge dust collector is a new product developed by using pulse filter cartridges as filter elements to achieve air dust removal and industrial dust removal based on the application of pulse bag filters.It is favored by users with its operating parameters of high air volume, high efficiency, low pressure and low resistance loss.The pulse filter cartridge dust collector is widely used for blast furnace blower air intake dust removal, oxygen generator air intake dust removal, air compressor intake dust removal, and medium and low concentration flue gas dust removal, etc. According to the installation type of the filter element, the filter cartridge dust collector can be divided into a vertical filter cartridge dust collector and a horizontal filter cartridge dust collector.

The horizontal filter cartridge dust collector mainly uses the characteristics of a single filter cartridge with large filtration capacity and small structure size. The unit filter cartridges are connected in parallel to form a combined unit body which is in order to achieve large-capacity air filtration, provide permutation and combination units, and construct pulse filter cartridge dust collectors of any specifications.It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, multi-directional air intake, good space utilization, low steel consumption and novel shape.
- Vertical filter cartridge dust collector
The vertical filter cartridge dust collector, the filter cartridge is installed vertically on the flower plate, and the dust is collected from the outside of the dust-removing filter bag by pulse spraying, and the dust cake from the dust-removing is directly dropped and recycled. The vertical filter cartridge dust collector is suitable for air filtration or dust removal projects below 15g/m³.
